    wat he sed was obvious reely…crunches and sit ups strengthen your abdominals and make them bigger, but if you dont do cardio workouts such as jogging, cycling or swimming etc…your gna have a hand strengthened stomach but you wont be able to see the abs because fat will be covering it

    oh ya do some weight lifting to you dont want your diet to make you even more skinny everywhere so build up your body and that stomach will disapear
