    this seriously works. i work out, do alot of cardio weekly, and this to top it off, i have an 8 pac, it took me 2 months, i still have a but of belly fat in the love handles. but it’ll all be gone in a couple weeks. this seriously works. my abs formed and grew mad becuase of this. but u gotta do other things to help lose the belly. not just this.

    crunches are not cardio if you sweat it does not mean ur doing cardio.. wrightlifting makes me sweat in i can hardly run a mile. cardio is like running jumping rope. jumping jacks..ect.ect

    hey theres no need to get rude. all i was saying is ‘eventualy’ you will reach cardio doing repeated crunches, please calm down muscleman - running is alot better for cardio of course

    hahahahahahah ur stupid if u think breaking the sweat from cardio is anywhere near running… unless you wanna do crunches for 5 hours a day… or run for an hour. You obviously don’t know anything please don’t talk.

    well, if you repeat so many crunches your breaking a sweat youll eventualy reach cardio, its just alot easier to do it running etc. - and pretty much if your moving, your burning calories which leads to weight loss as less turns to fat

    you dont’ lose belly fat from doing crunches…crunches only build abdominal muscles. Cardio is like biking and running.

    I think the best program to have nice abs is Abs IQ by Bogumil Gizewski. I had really nice results with this program.

    doesn’t make your belly fat go away but this excersize will definetly give you abs. To make the belly fat go away you should do cardio for about 30-60 minutes a day for quick results. Cardio consists of jogging, running, biking, and swimming. Combine cardio with these crunches and you should have a tight and firm 6pack in about 4 months. Also depends on how much belly fat you actually have so it could take more or less than 4months.
