I don’t think he’s punching as he would in a actual fight, i think he’s punching in a way to give viewers a sense of the motion, and probably to work the muscles in a more concentrated fashion…

if u wanna lose fat then do normal exercise and keep a healthy diet. but if u wanna lose belly fat the do exercises which use alot of abdominal muscles. however thats just to tone u cant lose fat off a specific area just the whole body

Boxing is a great exercise! Its a great way to cross train! Make sure you move the hips though. It gets a better burn in the mid sections and generate more power. It will allow you to last longer.

Boxers don’t get a mid section like there’s just from punching mate, it’s a combination of ab exercises, ab conditioning , core condtioning, running and weight ect,and they’re training most of the day as well.
