    so how is your body doing? you need to check out the 7 day memorial day workout plan. You need to turn up your cardio a little and use the supplement I speak of in the workout plan. Get it if you can!

    I believe so :) I have only been doing it for four days, so I nothing’s visible yet but I can FEEL how I make it longer every time :D But didn’t do this today, my chest was totally ruined from yesterday’s exercises :P

    i want to lose fat, and i run 5km like 3 times a week but im in college so i attend lectures and get fatter ard the belly everyday despite excersising so regulaly, help please!

    Thanks for the vid! :D The reason I prefer your exercises to the gym-ones, is because your is different and (almost) fun to do ^^
    And as I may have told you, I’m doing 10 of your 15 videos every second day, and the weekend one, and the 30 day one every day so I’m soooo sore today after the 9 videos I did yesterday xD
