i want to lose fat, and i run 5km like 3 times a week but im in college so i attend lectures and get fatter ard the belly everyday despite excersising so regulaly, help please!

The reason I prefer your exercises to the gym-ones, is because your is different and (almost) fun to do ^^
And as I may have told you, I’m doing 10 of your 15 videos every second day, and the weekend one, and the 30 day one every day so I’m soooo sore today after the 9 videos I did yesterday xD
