I used to have awesome abs, I used steroids, used to do cardio, weights and boxing 6 days a week, I only got a 10 pack when i started using synthetic growth hormone, it strips fat of like you wouldn’t believe. You produce it naturally when you sleep, I’m not saying use growth hormone but there is truth in what this guy is says, sleep more, cut down cardio to keep muscle, you need to work harder to move the extra weight around. another thing i only ate baked potatoes and grilled chicken ******.

i lift weights at school and i have this problem i got a good overall body but i still have fat on the top of my thighs(rest of my legs are just about rock solid) and stomach, its weird because when i stuck in on my stomach i can see a bit of abs.

Depends on what you want - I have cut my cardio down drastically because I am already very slim - I want to build muscle with the food I take in, not burn it off - Cardio is good but won’t give you muscles!
