How do you lose belly fat but not waist size?

Hello! I am wondering - my bust/waist/hip measurements are in line with what I want, but I want to lose the fat below where I measure my waist. I know spot training is impossible, but how is it possible to lose belly fat and keep your curves? Currently, I’m eating well and doing aerobic workouts.

I have this problem too. I think the key is lots of cardio to burn off the fat and I notice when I eat less carbs my stomach flattens more.
I really don’t think that you will be able to keep the measurement though because as soon as the fat melts off your waist will be naturally smaller. But that isn’t necessarily a negative thing!
