I cannot stop myself from eating and i wanna lose belly fat. SO i need tips on how to stop eating and only eat 3 meals a day and how to lose all of my belly fat. I need to lose weight bad.Any Tips or anything to help me??????

    drink lots of water it will fil you up so you don’t feel as hungry and eat smaller portions. Also count your calories. Also start walking alot.

    exercise constantly and eat a balanced meal. try to cut your breads out how ever you can and try not to eat too much pasta.(loaded with carbs- which you dont want to much of)
    oh another good thing is try and **** in your gut when exercising with weights ( helps abs and posture when lifting)

    Get rid of the junk food and eat an apple if you get to feeling like you GOTTA eat something between meals and drink lots of water. It keeps you full and you wont feel like eating so much. I do it with tea but water works.

    i have the same problem. my boyfriend helped me to figure out a plan of action. I can only have one small bowl of cereal for breakfast, one small bowl for lunch, a snack, and lastly a real meal for dinner. sounds a bit much but it works for me. you have to find what works for you and cut out most of the snacks like i had to (tear). i exercise (well i try) in the morning and at night and i have only been doing it or a VERY short time and my belly fat has gone down a good bit. i wore a tight fitted dress today when my boyfriend came over and he was like WOW you look good. It made me want to continue so i can look good for myself and him. I hope this is helpful and God Bless

    Eat smaller, healthier meals more often. People make mistakes by starving themselves. Also, if you are an American, we tend to have things backwards. You need a breakfast that can be broken down quickly, but we tend to skip breakfast or not eat enough. Your meals during the day should be larger and get smaller toward the end. Also, don’t eat anything a few hours before you go to bed.

    Drink lots of water. Skip the juices (but check with your doctor first). Have a coffee or whatnot in the morning and drink water the rest of the time.

    Exercise. You need to do cardio and get your heart rate up for 30 minutes. And then you need to do weights/strength training.

    Finally, don’t set yourself up to fail. By saying you need to loose all of your body fat and stop yourself from eating might be the wrong approach. Try, I want to make healthier choices and loose some fat.

    well most people think when thye try to lose weight to skip breakfast so it will help dont skip breakfast. as a matter of fact breakfast helps you lose weight. breakfast is suppost to big your biggest meal the reason is because you will lose that weight because you active during the day. if dinner is your biggest meal how are you going to lose the weight you just gained. becasue your not active usually your tired and go to bed. all you do in bed is sleep so then you cant lose that weight. this is how you meals should be. breakfast your bigest meal lunch second biggest meal and dinner your smaller meal. also to help lose weight try not to eat donner after 7:00 P.M if you go to they have a section on there website for dieting foods. there are many foods that taste great that are low in fat.

    well to start off maybe it low fat calorie meals like lean cuisine or any of those microwave meals and drink water, diet soda, anything with no fat calories and for breakfast eat cereal like special k or anything good or maybe just fruit and use skim milk with your cereal. When you go to your local grocery store get all non fat or low fat products and also i suggest you work out frequently 3-4 times a week. Walk or Jog on a treadmill 5-6 miles each time do ab crunches maybe sign up to local gym and work out there( because usually the have more equipment then house) and if your really into it go to weight watchers i hear that’s a great program. :)

    Eat 6 meals a day… eat small meals, and work out. Some famous words on how to lose weight are as follows, “Eat food, mostly plants, not too much”. Also if you excercise some, and eat like this, you won’t have the desire to eat more. Your body will metabolize differently, so you will not want as much food. If you do excercise a lot, then it’s ok to eat a little more food, because your body needs it to function properly.
