How can I lose belly fat, and get a flat stomach?

Nazward asked:

I usually do about thirty push ups a day, and i’m wondering how to get a flat stomach. What kind of exercises should I do daily to help lose body fat, and get a flat belly? Thanks.

most people think sit ups are the way to go, but those just strengthen your stomach they don’t burn fat, you should do sit ups but to get a flat stomach mainly just do aerobic exercises like running and swimming good luck;)

The first thing I would suggest is dont follow any diet, it slows down ur metabolism and you lose weight only for a while then you gain a lot more. Do cardio, make ur heart strong. Stay in your target zone while doing your cardio. Cut down on fat sugars and all the fatty stuff. Oils are a big NO. after doing cardio do abs,and all other exercises,if you love swimming its fine… Swimming is one of the best exercise,
Well this thing helped me hope it helps you

do alot of aorobic exercizes..like jogging..biking…hiking..weight lifting.. soccer..football..all sports…you should do different exersizes each day because if you exersize the same muscles too much it will cause injuries and soarness to ur muscles..you should exersize 3 to 5 times a week for atlest 15 to 30 minutes..and make sure to stretch b4 exersizes for 10 to 15 minutes to also decrease the risks of injury during exersizes!

Targetted weight reduction is quite difficult, many people would declare impossible, nevertheless the sole method which clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off twenty pounds, it clearly does work!

You can’t spot reduce fat. You have to reduce overall body fat and often the fat around the middle is the last to release. So for your abs to show you have to have a very low percentage of body fat.

I also tell my clients to eat smaller meals more times (5-6) per day. When a body is starved it will store fat. When it believes that times are good (when it’s being feed good nutrition often) it will release fat.

I have written a page focusing on a 3 pronged approach dealing with Detoxing, Nutrition and Exercise (especially body weight exercises, which you can do in your home).

    Good luck!
