    basically besides one or two exercises all of it was hip flexor work outs which only isometrically work the abs. Spinal flexion along with diet will give you abdominals that show. So if you want to concentrically work your psoas then choose this work out.

    i dink taking some rest everyonce in a while for over 1 min-if ur working for over 20 mins is fine, just dont strain urself, as for the results, dont expect it to be anymore of a difference

    its until failure or do what U think is reasonable..I do until failure 2 minutes rest then move onto the next..

    The rest periods for abs, forearms, and calves must be kept for a minimum. 30 seconds rest in between sets is great for abs, and next time try to work on your abs for ’bout 10-15 minutes.
    Be sure that u add variation to your ab routines.

    I workout my abs 3 times a week (same days I do strength training). I work on abs for 16-20 minutes, but I do take frequent breaks between sets. Is this alright?

    work on abs atleast 3 times a week, not consecutively. Since abs are made out of slow twitched muscles, be sure that u have a 10-30 sec rest in between sets. Ab workouts should only last 10 minutes, NOT MORE!! Remember, more is never better, you’re supposed to workout for a short, but INTENSE duration.

    p.s: Doing 100 crunches don’t give abs, it’s the variation of your workouts, and your body fat percentage. So be sure that you try out trisets, and supersets for ab routines.
