    every guru always say in there video: this does not require chrunches, push-ups or anything… why the hell they say that… crunches is the BEST, and i do means BEST way to get your stomach ripped… u want abs, do crunches ! and i talk from experience

    Nothing easier than training at home!
    Push ups, Squats, Crunches,
    Dips ( e.g.between two chairs) and pull ups ( there s always an opportunity)
    … and your whole body is trained. No joke, i do it myself!

    Ok im training to play defensive end and I have a good workout for everything but I need forearms and abs, and I dont have the huge ball or the rolly thing i just have a tone of weights and a nice set up i need
    forearm workout
    ab workout
    and agility,acceleration, and some more speed to run

    Do you work on abs? You can have low bodyfat but if all the fat deposit is on your abs then it’s time to train them. Your abs work just like any other muscle on your body. Train it like you train your arms. Use weights.

    I have really chiselled arms, legs upper nad lower back with very little body fat, however i have a large gut that overlaps my waist too much for a six pack to show
