    yes i try to do it once a day.
    usually at night
    but your really supposed to exercise in the morning to boost your metabolism.
    but i have to wake up really early
    i just made it part of my daily routine
    also go for like 15 minute runs,
    it helps with this exercise because your legs get stronger and can support themselves alot more

    are we only supposed to do this once through? i know she said the we have to do the one where we move our legs up and down 3x but what about the others exercises? only once each?
