    I got mine in gr 2, cause I swim, do all kinds of sports, and before I swim, I always work out a little, so about 50 sit ups everytime for gr 2. And now I’m enjoying them :D

    yeaa.. same here.. believe or not, i got six packs when i was in grade 4 :D there was a fitness test which unclided sit ups.. and i like, sorta pused myself doin it and after that my guts hurt like hell.. the pain was there for abt a week.. after a week, walaaa… i was amazed myself..
    so yeah, sit ups are the easiest.. :)

    eat small meals every 3 hours. basically just dont be full. eat enough where your not hungry

    Love your videos! Just have a quick question. I can do all the ab workouts under the sun, yet my abs will never be sore the next day. is this normal? When i did this one, the were tired until the next morning, and then i couldn’t tell i had done anything. It is intense during, but not even remotely tired afterwards. what can i do?
