    If you are afraid you can’t do these exercises due to lack of strength you can perform the side to side using a roman chair and do the windshield wipers on the floor (ie back on floor legs straight up in the air).

    Guys, did you invent these exercises? I’ve been doing situps since I was 13, am sick of them, and they are not intense enough. These exercises look tough… I definitely will incorporate these in my work out. Thanks for posting these!
