What are good ab exercises to tone my body?

I want short little exercises that I can do for five minutes and can be very effective for my abs. I know that there are crunches and sit ups I can do, plus Pilate’s. but I would like to know others. By the way…. I’m not overweight, I just want to tone my body.

90% of abs are made in the kitchen through dieting. It is impossible to lose flab or any kind of body-fat around your stomach by doing ab exercises.
Ab exercises will only build some muscle underneath your skin, but without proper dieting, you still won’t be able to see that.

well okay so i have this book its called ten-minute tone ups for dummies lmao well it has alot so ill give you some and their just for like 5- ten minutes
1. seated leg lift- you just grab a chair and sit tall normally and then slowely pull your knees up toward your chest little by little and it helps because i do it sometimes and this helps your lower abs
2. lmao the other one is called that beer belly- and it helps your lower abs all you do is lay down and spread out your arms and bring your legs all the way up without moving anything but your legs and keep doing it loswly and slowly
3.toe reach- it helps your abs and all you do is lay down and bring your legs up and with your hands try to touch them buy going up and down soo yeahh i hope i helped i have more if you want my aim is chikdancer2 i can help you:)

The bicycle. Like doing crunches except bring your elbow to the opposite knee and the other leg straight out and alternate without putting your extended leg on the floor. do at least 2 sets of 15 reps (30!). THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST AB EXERCISES EVER. It’s clinically proven!
