Is it bad to do ab exercises everyday?

I workout 6 days a week and take one day off from abb workouts a week, allways do my abb workouts after im done my main workout of the day and it works out for me I allmost have an 8 pack…. So whats so bad about that?

No it’s not bad to do it every day - but keep it in moderation.
Doing 500 sit ups per day is not a good idea.
Start at 20, then slowly work your way up. If it hurts - don’t do it.

Doing it everyday helps keep the muscles trim and tone. Muscles get bigger with rest. If you were trying to get bigger biceps, I’d tell you that you were working them too hard. Most people want trim abs.
