I am not just another one of those people that just want fast abs. I actually work but it seems no matter how hard i try nothing is working out for me. My stomach is flat and i do have abs i just can’t get them to show. If anyone has some intense good ab exercises for me to try i would be forever grateful.

    Alright, the only real way to get your abs to show is to have low body fat. Develop the abs in the gym, reveal them in the kitchen is the saying. So if you’ve been working on them for quite some time you need to look at losing fat, not weight, fat.

    Having flat abs is always a combination of two things:
    1)Aerobic activity, to reduce body fat.
    2)Targeted Abs workouts to get the abs muscles right.

    If you also have a deadline to achieve, it depends on lost of other info.
    The age influences how fast you can lose body fat (By that I mean, that technically you’ll lose fat faster than your mother, for example).

    I would recommend doing some jogging (30-45 min) 3-5 times a week
    and types of crunches almost every day.

    Me and my wife lost tracks of your abs during the first year after our first born child ,and faced it after a year with about 10kgs each to loose.
