I perform ab exercises twice a week for 45 mins. and was wondering can that damage your groin area.

If I were to stop for a 2 weeks - will I lose my definition?

    No your groin will be fine, you make lose some definition unless your running a few days a week. Heres a great ab workout that u can do from home, this workout wokrs better then crunches cuz it takes the pressure off of the hips. heres the link

    Only if you were to pull a muscle due to the violence of your exercises. You shouldn’t lose too much definition but you would definitely lose some muscle tone.
